this week had its ups and downs for us. we got a really good interview with simon's dad at lake of the isles and got some other good footage. but when we went in to edit our tape got stuck in the deck and we had to leave. we have another interview set up for saturday and have planned to get more b roll as well. we are pretty satisfied with our progress so far.
the article was very insightful on the freedom of speech and it's importance in society. freedom of speech needs to be expressed more across the world, especially in countries that are especially strict on the subject. i feel like certain laws or restrictions are making speaking your mind more difficult in situations that call for it.
